Crystal Cove Hike

If anyone knows me, they know, I have not been on many hikes. As of lately the idea has captured my attention. The thought of seeing nature first hand, while getting in a good workout in is wonderful. Each experience is new depending on the location, weather, trains and the people you are with or not. Italian Riviera

(View from our hotel in Santa Margherita) Traveling to Italy is something I look forward to. I can't get enough of it. From the absolutely amazing food, to the culture and of course shopping. Throught out our travels we have staying in many gorgeous places. This past summer we stayed in Santa Margherita for a few days and the views are an absolute must see. It is so reminicent of old hollywood glamour. Sunning on the rocky "beaches" of the Italian Riviera and sipping spremuta is what I long for when the cold months roll around here on the east coast. If there is one point I want to communicate, it is about the power of our words and the importance of being mindful of our choice of words. I think one of the most commonly asked questions growing up is "what is your dream job" or "what do you want to be?" As frequent as the question is, I feel like it should be re-phrased, perhaps to "what is your passion?" or "what would you love to do?" Then, make that your "job." I know I am not the first to say "do what you love" for a living. We have al heard the quote "love what you do and you won't work a day in your life." DIY : Red Lips

Lately I have been loving a pinky red lip. I never wore bright colors before. I was always more of a muted pale pink lipstick kind of girl. The second I tried a bright color, I feel in love. So when I found this little DIY for red lips using beets (a veggie I adore) I had to give it a try. Plus the coconut oil is so mosturizing, leaving your lips as suptuous as snow whites. Red Lip Tint 1 Beet 2 tsp coconut oil 1 small lip compact 1/4 cut water Dice beet and add to 1/4 cup of water let boil until reduces and beets are soft. Strain beet pulp.
