Making the Perfect Pesto

I have learned from the lovely Italian girls Laura and Cristina at Healthy Italia, how to make the perfect pesto. It is with all simple ingredients, basil, pine nuts, Parmigiano, and olive oil. They have some secrets to getting it right.  One of the most important tips is  to use a marble mortar and wooden pestle to make it. This is the traditional way and will prevent the basil leaves from getting to hot in an electric blender. Try the recipe here and let us know what you think.
