Caffe Shakerato { Espresso Shaken with Ice}
My favorite way to drink Espresso is over ice. Also called a Caffe Shakerato which I first had in Italy. They made a shot of espresso and added ice and a little sugar and shook it up. They strained the ice but I like to leave it in. It is a delicious dessert like way to sip espresso. Here it is.
