Whenever we are in Italy we indulge in the wonderful time before dinner call Aperitivo. Usually around 5 or 6pm for a few hours. It is a time to relax post-work over a glass of wine or Campari and some snacks. The tasty nibble ideas for are endless. The essentials are always crunchy bread, olives and cheese.
When I get back home I try to carry on the tradition. It is the perfect reason to indulge in a cocktail too.
