Kareena Khubchandani is a lifestyle and mental health advocate. While balancing her college academic career, she runs a lifestyle aid called “Fits and Kits”, which can be found online at fitsandkits.weebly.com and on Instagram @fits_and_kits_. She aims to improve the fitness, dietary, and mental health habits of her peers by posting valuable resources and hosting various workshops. Kareena also has a bright zest for helping others. Currently working as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), she hopes to pursue a career in the healthcare field. She also has a passion for writing! In her free time, Kareena enjoys listening to music (especially anything Taylor Swift or Ariana Grande), tennis, guitar, car rides (especially with music and singing), working out, and trying new things!
