Cutting Up A Cute Dress

Sometime clothing just needs a few adjustments to make it perfect. I had this cute dress sitting in my closet that I only wore once. I decided to take some scissors to it and create a look I would love. I have been doing this since I was in high school to my clothing. I have made plenty of mistakes but if you don't try you will never know.
