How I Styled OTK Boots with a Summer Dress

Over the knee boots have been in for years now, they briefly went out for 1 season but have made a return. I have a few favorite pairs in my wardrobe in colors besides black. This look I tried is with a Summer Dress. I paired a chunky sweater over the dress and belted it. Finished with a oversized denim jacket and my boots for the perfect easy Winter layers.
