Sant Ambroeus celebrated its 90th anniversary at its Soho location during Frieze New York with an intimate gathering of creatives, tastemakers, and friends of the brand. It also happens to be one of my favorite places to stop when I'm in the area. The evening featured the unveiling of a special collaboration with artist Tess Ramirez, who transformed the restaurant’s iconic plate wall into a visual tribute to Sant Ambroeus’ rich history.

The installation highlights signature elements of the brand including the princess cake, coffee cups, and beloved locations like the West Village and Southampton. Guests celebrated the milestone with cocktails, elegant bites, and a special burgundy version of the iconic princess cake, paired with the anniversary cocktail, Milano 36.
Founded in 1936 in Milan, Sant Ambroeus continues to blend Italian elegance, culture, and hospitality with locations around the world and upcoming expansions in Miami, Los Angeles, and Dallas.
