Get Centered and Fill Your Heart with Gratitude. It’s easy to get caught up in the groove of everyday life and forget how truly blessed we all are. Start the day with a simple visualization and focus on all the good things in your life, the people you are grateful for and the blessings that surround you. Making a list of 5 things you are grateful for takes just a few minutes, but can significantly shift your day… for the better!

Cheat or Treat? You’ll never hear a TIU girl say ‘Cheat Day’, because we don’t want to feel guilty for enjoying ourselves and what life has to offer! Whether it’s your best friend’s birthday or a much anticipated night out with the girls, it’s totally fine to indulge in one or two glasses of wine with a favorite treat. Just keep it balanced. 

Meal Prep & Chill? I've been going food shopping on Sundays and then prepping healthy meals for the week ahead. This is when I chop veggies, plan dinners for the week, and make a big batch of (Perfect Fit) protein pancakes! Making this part of my schedule keeps me focused on my goals, not to mention it makes staying on track during the week much easier. It's usually relaxing too to do on Sunday with my fave tunes playing!
