I recently read a post that really clicked for me. I had heard about how your words can effect water when it is frozen and the types of crystals its turns into, but reading Danielle Laporte's "Words Can Make Your Sick" was a game changer. The experiment is astounding. Essentially she took a an apple split it and decided to speak to one half with loving words and the other half with "rotten" words. The results will get you.
