Melt Off Thanksgiving Dinner

So we all know we are going to indulge a little with friendsgiving, Thanksgiving, and office parties coming up. How can we not with delicious stuffing, homemade cranberry and pumpkin pie. But, here is a little fun fact, the average American will consume 3,000 calories on Thanksgiving dinner (NOT including alcohol, apps, or desserts!). That is slightly insane and terrifying at the same time. While eating and drinking is one of the most fun parts of the holidays, we do feel bloated, puffy, and unhealthy afterwards. We may have just found a way to help get your bod back and detoxed after it all.

We heard about this awesome body treatment at D A P H N E (375 Broome St.) in NYC. You get wrapped in an infrared blanket for an hour and the treatment will burn almost all of your meal (a whopping 1,500 – 3,000 calories!). It sounds like a dream. Certainly seems like a great way to boost the metabolism before and after all of the parties. We are definitely heading there like, now.
