How to Ease A Cold In 1 Day Naturally

I despise getting sick. I also do not like to take anything. This can be a problem when you feel a scratchy throat coming on. I believe I have found the "cure" to the common cold in 1 day. Now, it is all natural and will take some dedication but it is so worth it. Here is the exact steps I took.
1. Take the day off, REST is key.
